Speaking on the occasion, Prison Superintendent Hamid Khan, who inaugurated the training center, said it provided inmates with skills development opportunities as a top priority in order to make them useful citizens. to society after the end of their sentence.

“For course registration with NAVTEC, we have applied and the process has been started, before the official start of the center, we have started the training of inmates using our own resources and we will be able to train 20 inmates in the prison, ” he said. Khan disclosed that there are many other skills development projects underway which will come to fruition after some time and we will start providing training to inmates in various categories.
