“I am delighted to work with the local farming community,” said Pic. She added, “Farming is an important part of our community in Southeast Ohio. I look forward to providing education and support to ease the burden of farm offices, so these amazing family farms can do what they do best, feed their communities! »
Director of Adult Technical Education, Evan Schaad, commented, “We are thrilled to have Amber on board to continue delivering this long-standing program to our farming community. Amber has the skills and experience to continue serving our long-time customers, and she has the foresight that can expand the program to serve new agricultural markets.
In her spare time, Peck serves as president of the Southeast Ohio Poultry Breeders Association. She is also a master gardener and a member of the River City Farmers Market.
